Country Manager (KSA & Dubai)
To be the main interface between the Supplier and the Company distributor with the sole objective of assisting, facilitating and monitoring the distributor trade plan towards the objective of achieving Company’s short and long term growth targets. To be the main eyes and ears of the company in the territory of responsibility.
Achieve through the distributor company annual sales targets
Work along with the distributor to achieve company Distribution and Visibility plans.
Review on a monthly and quarterly basis with the distributor company’s sales, distribution and visibility plans and set up a plan for rectifying any shortfalls.
Be the main interface between the Company and the distributor in communicating company brand plans and ensuring these are effectively implemented
Assist the Distributor in the designing and negotiations of cost effective Trade Terms and the implementation and monitoring of such terms
Preparation, agreement and implementation of Category and Channel Plans along with the distributor to ensure that the plans are in sync with company and brand/category growth plans
Ensuring through the distributor that the RSPs on the shelf are as per company’ agreed policy on prices
To work along with the Trade Marketing Manager and the Distributor on the designing of local promotion and merchandising plans for the channels and assisting and monitoring its effective
implementation in the trade channel
To communicate to and ensure implementation through the distributor company’s central marketing plans.
To identify new channels for Company products, develop and implement plans together with the Trade Marketing Manager and Distributor on exploiting the channel for company products
To be responsible for deploying and controlling agreed company annual trade budgets in the most cost effective manner.
To report competitor activities in the marketplace and counter activities which have a bearing on company product performance through tactical plans.
To be responsible for developing and maintaining professional business relationship with the distributor and devising plans and strategies which will motivate the distributor sales force and other staff
to be focused on the company to deliver annual targets.
